Services

Every service starts with a quick conversation about what you actually want. No prices listed here. Ask when you book, or when you sit down.

Cuts and Styling

  • Women's cut and style. A cut shaped to your hair and how you actually wear it day to day.
  • Men's cut. Clean, straightforward, no upsell.
  • Blowout and styling. For an event, a photo, or just a Tuesday that needs one.

Color

  • Full color. One all-over shade, done carefully.
  • Highlights and balayage. Dimension that grows out gracefully instead of needing a fix every six weeks.
  • Color correction. When a color didn't turn out right somewhere else, we'll talk through what's realistic.

Treatments

  • Keratin smoothing treatment. Less frizz, more manageable styling, longer-lasting results.
  • Deep conditioning treatment. For hair that needs a reset.

Manicures and Pedicures

  • Manicure. Shape, cuticle care, polish or gel.
  • Pedicure. The same care, for your feet.
  • Mani-pedi combo visit. Book both in one appointment.

Consultations

The salon

We built this place to slow down, not speed up.

Willow Glen is a walking neighborhood, and John's Salon works the same way: no rushing anyone through a chair, no script to read from. Whether you're in for a five-minute trim between errands or a longer color appointment, the person cutting or coloring your hair is paying attention to your hair, not the clock.

Nails get the same treatment down the hall. Consultations are part of the visit, not an upsell, because the best result comes from talking first and cutting second.
